During this 3-day Against The Stream meditation retreat, we will learn to develop a greater sense of understanding and care for ourselves through the revolutionary practice of the Dharma. Using a hybrid of mindfulness and compassion meditation techniques, we will learn to develop the heart of wisdom and compassion. Each day will include periods of sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks, and group process.
