Incense & Consumable Products Due to the nature of incense and aromatic products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Jewelry & Crystals We accept returns on unworn, undamaged jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Sale items are final sale.
Malas We accept returns within 14 days if the item is unworn and in original condition.
